Meet Jackie
Jacqueline “Jackie” Tait is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Practitioner with a Bachelor of Arts Specialized Honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.
A former elite volleyball athlete, Jackie has always been passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals of all ages and activity levels, from athletes recovering from acute injuries to seniors navigating post-surgical rehabilitation.
As a new mom returning to practice after maternity leave, Jackie has developed a special passion for supporting women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey. Having experienced the physical and emotional challenges that can come with pregnancy, birth, recovery, and motherhood firsthand, she understands how important it is to feel supported, heard, and cared for during this stage of life.
Today, Jackie focuses her practice on women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, cesarean rehabilitation and scar therapy, helping women rebuild strength, restore function, reduce pain, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them. Her unique treatment approach combines Athletic Therapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Muscle Activation Techniques, and personalized exercise programming to address the root cause of dysfunction and create lasting results.
Jackie believes that every woman deserves individualized care and is passionate about empowering her clients through education, movement, and hands-on treatment so they can feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies throughout every stage of motherhood.
